CANCELATION POLICY

We understand that things come up, but out of respect for our stylists we kindly request that changes to your appointment take place 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. No shows, day of cancellations, or if you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment will result in a $75 charge.

RE-DO POLICY

Not in love with your hair? Good news—you have a week to let us know so we can make it right! However, if you alter your hair at home or visit another stylist, we won’t be able to offer a correction. Our goal is for you to love your look, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments. So if you’re unhappy, please let your stylist know as soon as possible—we’re here to help!

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

CHILDREN UNDER 12 POLICY

We adore you and your little ones and love watching them grow! However, as our space gets busier, sharp tools, hot styling devices, and chemicals make it unsafe for children. To ensure a safe, calm environment, kids under 12 may visit only if supervised by an adult not receiving a service. This allows you to fully relax and enjoy your time with us.
